As members of the Desert Institute and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, they attend many classes throughout the year. In addition, each guide is CPR and First-Aid certified. Tours include resort pickup (door-to-door service), admissions, gourmet snacks, and an assortment of refreshments. As always, a delicious gourmet picnic lunch is available as a tour enhancement.
