TRAVEL-iN FITNESS is Dallas' Newest in-Home Personal Training service!

Courtney Drewsen began TRAVEL-iN FITNESS with the client in mind. Her experience in personal training, education, athleticism, travel, and customer service is all incorporated into every client's program.

Courtney's Qualifications Include:

• B.S. in Exercise Science
• ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist Certification
• American Red Cross CPR and AED

Courtney started her career as a Personal Trainer in Auburn, Alabama at KAZ Fitness Center. She has been a Runner and Fitness enthusiast her whole Life. From competing in Triathlons to Marathons, she loves to race in the great Outdoors. After graduating from Auburn she moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates to be with her Australian husband. While in Dubai they both worked for Emirates Airlines as Flight Attendents, serving people from all over the world while Traveling the globe. After 4 years in Dubai they decided to move to Courtney's home town of Alpharetta, Georgia to start their business.

Courtney incorporates all types of fitness into her programs; including functional and core training, outdoor programs, weight and cardio training, and sport specific programs. Fitness isn't the only part, nutrition also plays a key role in Courtney's programs.

She believes it is important to always continue learning about exercise, nutrition, and the body in order to better educate her clients.
