Kevin Willis, Founder & CEO- Security Enforcement Services

Kevin has been involved in the security industry for 20 years, having founded Traveling Agents Security 2007 and recently acquiring Joan S.J. Training Center in Miami, Florida, which has been operating as a security academy since 1998.

He later became Chief Operating Officer for Sunshine State Bail Bondsman for the Starke, Florida Division and has held a number of operational, management and investigative positions. Also included, apprehensions of defendants and returning them into custody, surveillance and skip tracing.

In Addition, Kevin has monitored and authorized entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises; Warned persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehended and evicted violators from premises, using force when necessary; Answered alarms and investigated disturbances; Circulated among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property; Inspected and adjusted security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering. He has also operated detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

• His broad experience of the security industry and management of businesses across a diverse range of cultures has been invaluable to the group throughout its development.
• In December 2008, he started to live his dream of owning a security academy with the vision of protecting as many people as possible in the United States of America.
• Kevin was appointed to the board in April 2007 and became the company’s chief operating officer in December of 2008.
• Kevin is the holder of a Security Techonology Certification from the University of Florida Division of Continuing Education
• Kevin is a board member of The Pro’s Venture Capital,Inc.

A Khaliq Alansari, Chief Operation Officer

A. Khaliq Alansari, is responsible for managing the professional staff. Provide guidance for the support staff. Coordinate the agency firm's practice among the different offices and departments. Implement the partnership agreement. Appoint the heads of the hiring, training and professional staff evaluation committees, subject to the governing committee's approval. Represent the firm in community and professional organizations. Supervise the functioning of the governing committee. Oversee the functioning of standing and ad hoc committees. Provide guidance on financial policies to the director of finance and administration and to the controller. Work with the governing committee to develop personnel and administrative policy for professional and support staff. Khaliq holds his Associates of Arts Degree in Accounting.

Joe Charron, Security Services Consultant

Joe Charron, President, Southeast Security from 1992 to 1997, is responsible for the growth, client retention and profitability of all aspects of the Security Services Division. Joe joined Joan S.J. Training Center in 1998 as a Adminstrator in the physical security department of the Miami, FL area office. In 1997, he was General Manager of Insttitute of Security Academy. He was promoted to Adminstrator in Broward County in 1992, Joe currently serves as Chief Security Services Consultant for our Security Enforcement Division.

Ryan Hubbard, Director of Executive Protection

Ryan specializes in protecting visiting dignitaries from other countries, famous athletes and their families, and distinguished clergy. He is an exceptionally gifted Bodyguard with seven years experience in planning and organizing client's movements to reduce the possibility of harm. Recently he completed the planning of the client's arrivals and departures throughout the day to minimize risks. Handle paparazzi, media, and friendly approaches from fans. Provide defensive escort driving to escape pursuers. Engage in unarmed defensive tactics.
